1. Account Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

The Service is designed for children under adult supervision. Accounts must be created and managed exclusively by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized educator aged 18 or older. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and accept responsibility for supervising your child's use of the platform.

2. Subscriptions, Pricing & Invoicing

• Cancellation at Any Time: You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime through your Parent Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with zero subsequent charges.
• Taxes & Invoicing: All prices include GST where applicable. Itemized tax invoices with official business details are automatically generated and emailed via Stripe for all paid transactions.

3. Refunds & Australian Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with StudySpark after consistent use within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, contact support at support@thestudyspark.com.au to request an account review and refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All software, UI designs, character artwork, AI prompt engineering, and proprietary question banks are the exclusive property of StudySpark. You may not scrape, bulk export, reverse-engineer, or commercially resell our question pools or assessment algorithms.
