By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to our educational platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Account Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

The Service is designed for children under adult supervision. Accounts must be created and managed exclusively by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized educator aged 18 or older. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and accept responsibility for supervising your child's use of the platform.

2. Subscriptions, Pricing, Family Plans & Invoicing

Individual Monthly (1 Student)

$19.95 AUD / month

Auto-renews monthly until cancelled. Unlimited practice tests, AI writing evaluations, Daily Quests, and radar analytics for 1 student.

Family Monthly (Up to 4 Students)

$29.95 AUD / month

Auto-renews monthly until cancelled. Full premium access for up to 4 siblings with independent diagnostic baselines, streaks, and avatars.

Individual Lifetime (1 Student)

$345.95 AUD one-time

Permanent access across all primary and junior secondary grade levels with zero recurring fees for 1 student.

Family Lifetime (Up to 4 Students)

$490.00 AUD one-time

Permanent perpetual access for up to 4 children across all year levels with zero recurring fees. PDF tax invoice included.

Cancellation at Any Time: You can cancel recurring monthly subscriptions anytime through your Parent Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with zero subsequent charges.
“Pay the Difference” Upgrades: Existing Single Lifetime members can upgrade to Family Lifetime at any time by paying the one-off difference ($144.00 AUD for Standard Lifetime; $53.00 AUD for Early Charter members). Individual Monthly members can upgrade to Family Monthly with automated monthly proration (+ $10.00 AUD/month).
Academic Progression & Diagnostic Integrity: To preserve accurate cohort benchmarking against official ACARA national proficiency standards, each student profile is calibrated to their enrolled grade. Decreasing a grade level is restricted after a 7-day registration grace period. Annual grade promotion is facilitated seamlessly through the December/January academic rollover.
Taxes & Invoicing: All prices include GST where applicable. Itemized tax invoices with official business details are automatically generated and emailed via Stripe for all paid transactions.

3. Refunds & Australian Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with StudySpark after consistent use within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, contact support at support@thestudyspark.com.au to request an account review and refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All software, UI designs, character artwork, AI prompt engineering, and proprietary question banks are the exclusive property of StudySpark. You may not scrape, bulk export, reverse-engineer, or commercially resell our question pools or assessment algorithms.
